Nikita, the founder and CEO of Magnetical Magic, began her entrepreneurial journey in the 7th grade. With a keen eye for design and a passion for solving real-world problems, she was determined to create something meaningful. What started as a small idea inspired by her grandmother's struggles with traditional jewelry clasps quickly blossomed into a thriving business.

From a young age, Nikita has shown remarkable dedication and commitment to her craft. Her passion for jewelry design is matched only by her desire to make life easier for others. With each piece she creates, Nikita aims to blend elegance with practicality, ensuring that wearing jewelry is an enjoyable and effortless experience for everyone.

Despite her age, Nikita's leadership and vision have propelled Magnetical Magic to new heights, earning recognition from the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and the admiration of customers and peers alike. She continues to innovate, driven by a deep belief that fashion should be both beautiful and accessible.

Ishita

Ishita, the Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Magnetical Magic, began her entrepreneurial journey in the 10th grade, bringing a strong strategic mindset and a deep passion for innovation. With a natural aptitude for finance, operations and marketing, Ishita took on the responsibility of guiding the company’s growth and ensuring its financial health. Her role allows her to combine her love for numbers with her commitment to making Magnetical Magic a leader in the jewelry industry.

Ishita’s journey began when she recognized the potential in her sister Nikita’s vision and knew that together, they could turn it into something extraordinary. Her ability to think critically and manage resources effectively has been instrumental in the brand's success, helping to secure the recognition from the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and helping brand gow their audience.

Beyond her business acumen, Ishita is deeply committed to the mission of Magnetical Magic—making jewelry both elegant and accessible. She works tirelessly to ensure that every piece not only meets the highest standards of quality but also aligns with the company’s vision of effortless style. Her leadership in finance and marketing continues to drive Magnetical Magic forward, proving that age is no barrier to success.

Girraj

Girraj, a Supply Chain Coordinator at Magnetical Magic, plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations from sourcing materials to delivering finished products. With an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, he brings a strong business background and a keen eye for efficiency to every stage of the supply chain.

At Magnetical Magic, Girraj works closely with vendors and logistics partners to manage inventory, streamline procurement, and maintain product availability. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills help the brand maintain high standards of quality while meeting customer demand.

Beyond logistics and coordination, Girraj is passionate about Magnetical Magic’s mission to make beautifully crafted jewelry accessible and dependable. His dedication to operational excellence continues to support the brand’s growth and customer satisfaction. During his free time, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Raghvendra

Raghvendra, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Magnetical Magic, joined the company in 2024 and has since been leading its technological vision with a focus on innovation, scalability, and efficiency. 

In a fast-paced startup environment, Raghvendra wears many hats to keep Magnetical Magic ahead of the curve. His passion for cutting-edge tech and problem solving fuels the brand’s mission to disrupt the jewelry market with seamless, customer centric solutions. 

He is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, always looking for ways to improve and evolve. With a keen eye on industry trends, Raghvendra ensures that the company stays agile and ready to adapt in a competitive landscape.

Outside work, he loves diving into emerging technologies and traveling to recharge.
